CHIMERA:

The 19.5 metre tug / workboat ' Chimera ' has a cruising speed of 8 knots and is capable of carrying 12 passengers and 3 crew. It is fitted out internally with bunks, shower, toilet and hand basin. On deck the vessel has a 3.5 Tonne hiab crane with a working radius of 750kg @ 6.2 metres, 1400kg @ 4.2 metres and 2800kg @ 2 metres.

FACILITIES : Electric power, cooker, bunks, H&C pressurised water. Domestic flush toilet, shower, hand basin. An aluminium 'POD' unit complete with table and chairs. Computer outlets can be fitted behind the wheel house for trials work when required. The wheel house roof is approx. 15ft above water and is surrounded by hand rails, and can be accessed by ladder.

MTV3:

The multi-purpose trials vessel MTV3, is fully equipped with a deck crane and moon pool and has a 4-point mooring system. The vessel is fitted with sleeping, washing and cooking facilities and has a workshop area with benches, electricity supplyand fresh water.

Annual contracts are received for the hire of the tug / workboat 'Chimera' and trials vessel, MTV3. Both vessels are fully equipped to assist the contracts to be carried out, including eating and sleeping facilities.
